About the Author
After becoming legally blind with RP (retinitis pigmentosa), Tammy Ruggles began writing when she was forced to retire from her social work job. In 2002 her local newspaper gave her a column of her own, TR's Topics. Since then she has had close to 80 articles, short fiction stories and online children's books published. Ruggles, who has a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's in adult ed/counseling, has contributed to several online entertainment magazines, including Entertainment Insiders and Rock-n-Reel, and she was host of About.com's weekly ClassicTV Trivia Game. She lives in a small town in Kentucky.
