Doreen Indra is Associate Professor of Anthropology at the University of Lethbridge, Alberta. She is the co-author of Continuous Journey: Social History of South Asians in Canada, co-editor and author of two volumes on refugees in Canada and is author of many academic journal articles in the field of forced migration.
