Explains how to structure ownership and build personal wealth while protecting equity from the claims of undeserving creditors

Everyone can benefit from asset protection, even you!
Like most people, I never really thought about the need for asset protection until I experienced the effects of not having it. I watched my father and many of his closest friends lose millions of dollars through lawsuits, bad timing and the relentless pursuit of fees by attorneys. That's when I decided that it just made good sense to think about protecting yourself from all those people out there who would like to get their hands on your home, retirement savings and other assets.
Well, that started an exhaustive search through dozens of books, articles and papers about asset protection. This search led me to tropical islands, famous tax havens and all sorts of interesting characters. Eventually, after interviewing more people than I can remember, reviewing the laws of about sixty-eight different countries and a lot of personal experience, I was able to put together a plan that I think can help you to "bullet-proof" your assets.
This book presents all of the basics of that plan and contains everything that you need to know to get started in protecting your own assets. It is written a little bit differently than many books on this subject. I don't continually try to "up-sell" the reader on my legal services. I just tell it like it is in everyday, easy to understand language.
I encourage you to give my book a read. It will provide help and insight to even the most experienced asset protection enthusiast. In fact, many attorneys have contacted me commenting on the book and requesting the soon to be published Complete Asset Protection Forms companion book.
Special thanks to Amazon.com for providing this space for me to share these comments with you.
