About the Author
Gary Collins has been involved in organized sports, nutrition, and fitness for almost four decades. He holds an MS in forensic science, a BS in criminal justice, and an associate s degree in exercise science. Collins has had a career in military intelligence and the diplomatic security service. He currently cohosts the podcast Old Dudes, New Tricks, dedicated to cutting through the noise and getting to the truth to help improve our lives.
