About the Author
Barbara Pachter is an internationally renowned business etiquette and communications speaker and coach, and adjunct faculty in the School of Business at Rutgers University. She has delivered over 2,100 seminars throughout the world. The author of ten books, including The Essentials of Business Etiquette and New Rules @ Work, Barbara Pachter lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
