About the Author

CRAUL, CPSSc, President of Craul Land Scientists, Inc., is a land scientist with extensive experience in the soil survey process of the National Cooperative Soil Survey, and a guest lecturer at The Pennsylvania State University, University of Pennsylvania, and Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

PHILLIP J. CRAUL, PhD, is a retired senior lecturer in landscape architecture at Harvard University Graduate School of Design in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Professor Emeritus of Soil Science at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, New York.
