About the Authors

Charles I. Budd, PMP, is a principal of Budd Management Systems in Atlanta, Georgia. He is certified as a system analyst by the Foundation for Administration Research and is active in the Project Management Institute. He was CEO of the Financial Information Trust, President of International Computer Systems, Inc., and founded Technology Connections, Inc.

Charlene Spoede Budd, PhD, CPA, CMA, CFM, PMP, is Professor Emeritus of Accounting at Baylor University, where she has taught graduate management accounting and graduate project management courses. She is Chair of the Finance & Measures Committee of the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO) and is a certified academic in all five TOCICO areas.
