Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. With 31 B&W plates, additional line-illustrations, and frontispiece, "The Ancient of Days," by William Blake (illustrator). Sewn binding in paper-covered boards, in dustjacket. With a foreword by J. Heron Lepper. There is a 2006 reprint of this title, but this copy is the Barnes & Noble edition with signature-sewn binding for durability, important if the book will get much use. Binding is firm, with intact hinges. Spine a little slanted. Owner info on front flyleaf (effaced with marker) and back pastedown, but no marks to text. Light smudging to page-edges and some cover sunning and wear to extremities. Light vertical crease on spine. Unclipped dustjacket has some wear including scratching and a short tear to top edge at crown of spine. Reprint of 1956 Harrap Ltd edition; 1986 printing. Seller Inventory # 2380
