About the Author

Simon Easton, who earned a Bachelor of Art from Manchester Metropolitan University, has received numerous awards for his woodturning, silver-smithing and pewterware work. He has won a Precious Metals Bursary and a grant from the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths. His work has also been displayed at Pewterers Hall in London and has toured the UK as part of the 'One Tree' exhibition. His woodburned work is recognised and commissioned for its decorative & textural feel and its rich embellishment.
