Joann Farrell Quinn is an educator and researcher working in the field of emotional intelligence and leadership. She received her doctorate from Case Western Reserve University under the guidance of Richard Boyatzis. She is a faculty member at the University of South Florida in the Morsani College of Medicine and the Muma College of Business and offers speaking engagements and workshops through JFQ Consulting.
