Instead of designing e-learning programs from scratch, use this book to learn how to adapt your instructional design expertise to the demands of this new environment. Get step-by-step guidelines, discover solutions to key challenges, and learn how to balance the educational needs of your learners with the practical constraints of e-learning. Plus, a valuable ""big picture"" view of e-learning helps you design programs that fit your organization's goals.
