Excellent treatment of animation and video post capabilities
The treatment of animation in this volume extends beyond the level in volume I, and instructs on animation techniques using Character Studio, Bones Pro, and other plugins. You cover both character animation and facial animation. The treatment of MAX's video post module is worth reading.
The authors are veterans with MAX, who have either authored or contributed books on this subject, and who work and teach in the area.
Inside 3D Studio MAX 2 Volume III- Animation is a real-world tutorial for the serious professional or student. This book takes users beyond the basic techniques of animating to provide detailed information that cannot be found anywhere else. The reader will master the high-end techniques by practicing the detailed tutorials, all of which are supplemented by models and textures on the book's CD-ROM.
