About the Author
Marjan van den Belt is President of Mediated Modeling Partners, LLC. She is an ecological economist and environmental management professional with more than ten years of research, executive, and managerial experience. Her area of expertise is participatory processes in environmental management and policy making. She holds both a masters in business economics and a Ph.D. in environmental sciences.
