Michael Lee discovered that, after practising yoga, he gained a new insight and awareness about himself and his life. Yoga led him to a deeper level of awareness, and as he found himself transformed physically, mentally and emotionally, he strove to help others experience the same transformation. He established the Phoenix Rising Yoga therapy programme, which led to the writing of this book that embraces psychology and the tenets of personal growth.
Michael Lee, M.A., came to the United States from Australia with a background in education and psychology. An accomplished master teacher and yogi, Lee is the founder/director of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. A program that has been featured in Yoga Journal and elsewhere. Lee gives training programs and workshops and appears at conferences throughout North America, Australia and Europe.
