Synopsis
C++ templates are a revolutionary and flexible way for C++ programmers to create easily re-usable code with a minimum of difficulty. They have become so important that a set of them, called the Standard Template Library (STL), were introduced in the ANSI C/C++ Standard of summer 1995. This package includes many templates that programmers can immediately integrate into their programmes, along with complete instructions for using them and expanding on them to create new templates. The templates cover such areas as lists, stacks, queues, binary trees, passing, fuzzy logic, sets, matrices and measured quantities.
