Synopsis
This book/disk package describes how to program a Macintosh Plus (or better) with a PASCAL or BASIC compiler and MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) software, to write music applications. The disk contains source code in Macintosh format. Among the topics covered are MIDI devices, the Macintosh user interface, program design, Macintosh programming languages and tools, and MIDI code resources. Readers such as sound editors and librarians are guided in developing MIDI programs.
