About the Author
Nelly Leon-Chisen, RHIA?, heads the AHA Central Office on ICD-10-CM/PCS and the Central Office on HCPCS. She is the executive editor of AHA Coding Clinic® for ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS and a member of the four Cooperating Parties, the group responsible for administering the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS systems in the United States.
