About the Author
Max Hall has worked in various publishing jobs in Atlanta, New York and Washington. Having retired after serving at Harvard University Press for 13 years, he now writes books and articles, which have appeared in publications such as The Boston Sunday Globe and Harvard magazine. Hall lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
