DAVID ROCCO says that he's not a chef, he's just Italian!. He learned to cook at his mother s side and is the epitome of an Italian food lover: adventurous, opinionated and fantastic to be around at dinnertime. Formerly a model, Rocco spends his time developing new concepts for his company, Rockhead Entertainment, with his wife and business partner, Nina.
