Alison Pedlar is an associate professor in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Waterloo. She has conducted extensive research on persons with disabilities, support services, quality of life and community. Heather Mair is an associate professor in the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Waterloo. She has published research on a variety of topics.
