Synopsis
This book will encourage you to connect with your children in a very meaningful way through the writing of personal notes and letters to them. You can place these letters in your children's lunch boxes or knapsacks before they leave for school, to be opened later in the day. They can be left under the pillow of a sleeping child, slipped under a bedroom door, given to celebrate a special occasion, or even posted on the refrigerator door...They can also be written and mailed by grandparents, aunts and uncles, and godparents. Such expressions of love are as necessary for the spirit as lunch is for the body. Kids can never receive enough encouragement from the people they love. Over time, you will find -- as each of us did -- that your children treasure these notes more than any expensive gift which you gave them. Contains 75 sheets of colourful notepaper, perforated and ready for you to tear out and use. Just add a few words and tuck the finished letter into your children's lunch boxes. About the Author
Carol Sperandeo is a mother and an actress who lives north of Toronto.
Bill Zimmerman is a father, a journalist and the author of ten books. He creates a syndicated Student Briefing Page for Newsday, one of the largest daily newspapers in the United States, that teaches young people about the world. His work has been nominated for a Pulitzer Prize. He lives in Manhattan
