Prudy Taylor Board is the author of over 25 books and novels including 101 Tips on Writing and Selling Your First Novel. The others include 3 horror novels, 2 murder mysteries and the remainder are regional histories. Her career spans newspaper reporter to TV assignment editor/reporter and editor of two regional/lifestyle magazines. She was editor for Selling and Marketing Executive Report and was a project editor for Taylor & Francis Publishing. She is now a freelance editor. Florida native Ruth Hartman Berge holds a degree in Business Administration from Florida State University where marketing was part of the curriculum. The author of 2 books--one self-published and one traditionally published--her speaking engagements include several before school-age children where entertaining stories about her disabled cat, Betty, the focus of her first book, teach determination and persistence--both traits writers need to succeed.
