He has worked extensively throughout the Caribbean region during his twenty-five years of ministry. He holds a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Pontificia Universitá Gregoriana in Rome and is currently the pastor of the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kingston, Jamaica.
