About the Author

Chris Livingston is the researcher and compiler of Two Testaments. Since Jesus Christ is the Author, inspiration, and focal point of the New Testament and the Book of Mormon, no human being deserves any recognition for this work. Therefore, Chris Livingston is a pseudonym. After receiving a Ph.D., he pursued two careers. In 1973, he began reading voraciously by inclination and then also writing extensively. He read approximately 2,000 books and publications (700 of which are cited in Two Testaments). In 1984, since the New Testament and the Book of Mormon claim to be sacred records of God's revelations regarding the purpose of mortality, he had the idea of compiling and comparing all of their teachings and doctrines. Once the research was completed, the value of creating a synopsis of the research became apparent. Two Testaments is that synopsis. It has been his extraordinary and incomparable blessing, privilege, and honor to study the life and teachings of Jesus Christ so thoroughly.
