The founder and CEO of 55 Questions, LLC, Dave Baney is a multi-disciplined executive with over thirty years of leadership and management experience. Mr. Baney has worked across Europe, Latin America, and the United States. As a senior executive in marketing, operations, and new product development, he led teams at the Burger King and McDonald’s corporations. His other corporate experience involves time in the real-estate and construction disciplines. Throughout his career, Dave Baney has coached and counseled hundreds of entrepreneurs and franchise-business owners across more than fifty industries. He assists companies in the implementation of the Four Decisions and Scaling Up and regularly offers workshops and keynote speeches on executive team coaching, strategic planning, accountability, and development.
