Greg Smith is a speaking coach, sought-after speaker, and instructor in the Department of Communication at Youngstown State University. Passionate about impactful leadership, Greg earned his MBA in executive leadership, focusing on team-member achievements, communication, and culture-building in the workplace. He has collaborated with some of the world's greatest trainers in public speaking, including John Maxwell, Tony Robbins, and Roger Love.

Vince Bevacqua is a former TV news anchor and reporter. After leaving the news business, Vince used his communication skills in the business world, helping companies with writing, marketing, public relations, and crisis communication.
