About the Author
Ilker Cingillioglu is an Assistant Professor with an extensive background in management consulting and organizational development. He was recognized as a Senior Manager in Australia by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). His prior consulting work includes projects undertaken in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Turkey and Germany. In 2011 he authored the worldwide selling book: “Principles of the 21st Century Leadership” in which he proposed a unique 7-step model: Define your leadership style, summon the right people, build up the trust, ensure the clarity of direction, create support and motivation, get feedback and monitor the results, and be alert for changes. He introduced the brand new concept of “The 5C’s of Successful Organizations”: Clear Communication, Customer Focus, Contribution, Creativity, and Continuous Learning & Improvement. He also authored five other managerial and educational self-development books all selling on Amazon: "International Logistics", "E-lecturing in Virtual Learning Environments”, “International Business Essentials”, “International Business & Logistics” and “Management Essentials”. He currently holds the position of Head of Banking and Finance Department at Girne American University.
