About the Author Nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains, Susan Hill’s art studio is just steps away from some of the most stunning mountain landscapes imaginable. Inspired by these everchanging mountain views, Susan’s “zen and ink” work is designed to reflect the patterns and colors that flow naturally in the world that surrounds her. Susan earned a B.F.A. degree at Moorhead State University in Minnesota where she studied graphic design and fine art. She works in a variety of media – watercolors, ink, pastels, acrylics and oils.
