About the Author

David Fenton is a Canadian board certified radiologist and Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of British Columbia. He has worked as a radiologist for over a decade at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, BC. An active real estate investor, David is the founder of BC Rent to Own Homes which helps families who don't qualify for bank financing realize their dream of home ownership in as little as two years. One hundred percent of the proceeds of this book and a portion of the profits from his company are donated to Habit for Humanity to help rebuild in Nepal after devastating earthquakes in April and May 2015.
