Todd Hawk has over 20 years experience teaching middle school math and coaching high school basketball. Todd's teaching style is a blend of traditional and project based learning. During his time as a teacher and coach, Mr. Hawk has received a variety of teaching and coaching awards including the Licking County Leaders in Learning Award and the Times Reporter Prime Time Basketball Coach of the Year. Mr. Hawk has also been a speaker at the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics Conference. As a coach, three of his basketball teams reached the state final four. Mr. Hawk has a degree in journalism from Ohio University, a degree in education from the University of Toledo and a Masters in Education from Ashland University. In addition, Todd has worked for Nike, Inc., in Beaverton, Oregon and as a newspaper advertising director. Currently, he the founder of the Land of Math LLC.
