Synopsis
The date is 1870, Paris is facing war. The young artist Constance BleuVert is forced to request sanctuary from her Uncle, The Marquess of Bute. She is collected in England by a "Family Friend", who is sent to assist in her return to her mother's ancestral home on the Isle of Bute, Scotland. The two embark on a journey of adventure and discovery.

About the Author
Connie Rish is a classically trained artist from Oklahoma. After working in the printing industry for most of her adult life, she left the mainstream workforce in search of a more creative means of expression. Her painting reflects her eclectic style, moving between realism and impressionism. A love of the Victorian era, and her own family ancestral research, led to the collective creation entitled "A Tapestry in Time". The book weaves together all three interests.
