About this title

About the Author

Adrian Harding was born and raised in Barbados. Having been through his early and secondary education, he pursued training which eventually led him to spending some time as a teacher. His desire is to see people both young and old freed from habits and traps that limit their potential. He knows what it is like to struggle and meet obstacles from every direction, therefore he dedicates this book to each of his readers to encourage them to be strong.
