R. Austin Soderquist is an educator, mentor and trainer. He is passionate about teaching and helping people develop healthy relationships with themselves and to realize that they have a purpose. He has a bachelors degree in psychology and has been working with adolescents since 2008. He believes in having fun and enjoying life. The idea came for this book after finding maggots in a kitchen. He created a fun impromptu song about it which lead to this book.
