Ryan Parrott was born in Bakersfield, California but spent the majority of his life growing up in Las Vegas. A graduate of Chapman University, Ryan had short films screen at both the Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals―eventually leading to a career in film and television. He has written for the NBC television series Revolution, IDW’s Star Trek and Star Trek: Starfleet Academy as well as co-writing the series’ finale Revolution: Endgame and the New York Time’s best-seller Batman: Gates of Gotham.
A writer, producer, consultant and creative executive with over a decade of experience, Melissa helped revitalize the Power Rangers brand when it was bought by Saban Brands from Disney in 2010, until it’s sale to Hasbro in 2018. She specializes in developing and producing diverse and inclusive entertainment content that synergizes across multiple media platforms, including television (Power Rangers, Glitter Force, Julius Junior), feature films (Saban’s Power Rangers), digital films (including Power Rangers Legacy Wars: Streetfighter Showdown, Shattered Grid), publishing (including the award-winning Boom! Studios Power Rangers comic books), live events and gaming (including the hit console game Power Rangers: Battle For the Grid and the mobile game Power Rangers Legacy Wars). In 2020, she wrote and co created the popular Twitch digital hybrid series The Unleashed, which was also featured as a backup series in the superhero Image series Radiant Black. Her new Image comic book series The Dead Lucky will release later this year.She also voices the characters Kat Ranger and Gia Moran in Power Rangers: Battle For the Grid.

He has written for AVENGERS UNLIMITED, GIANT-SIZE SILVER SURFER and MARVEL ZOMBIES: BLACK, WHITE & BLOOD, and co-writes the ULTRAMAN series (THE RISE OF ULTRAMAN, THE TRIALS OF ULTRAMAN, THE MYSTERY OF ULTRASEVEN, ULTRAMAN x AVENGERS) with Kyle Higgins (all for Marvel Comics); he writes the creator-owned series INFERNO GIRL RED and SELF/MADE as well as the graphic novel THE SINGULARITY from Image Comics; he has written the Power Rangers for Boom! Studios in the series MIGHTY MORPHIN; and he has worked on several projects for DC Comics, including their CRIMES OF PASSION anthology!
Marcelo Costa is a comic artist and colorist from Brazil who has coloured books such as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Firefly for Boom! Studios, Hidden Society for Dark Horse, and SELF/MADE for Image Comics. RADIANT BLACK is Marcelo's first work for Image Comics as an artist.
