Synopsis
It all culminates here, as Lazarus battles Lazarus and Forever ends the war.
It began when Forever Carlyle, the Lazarus of the Carlyle Family, received a cryptic message: "He is not your father. This is not your family." It escalated when Forever secretly chose to defy an order from that very father, Malcolm Carlyle, to kill his own son, her brother Jonah, instead letting him escape and disappear. And it exploded when Carlyle was betrayed by the other global ruling Families and dragged into the years-long Conclave War.
Forging an alliance with her sister Johanna, the Acting Head of Family, and the next Lazarus-in-training, Forever's clone sister "Eight," Forever vows to bring down her father and win their freedom. But every family has its secrets, and every secret has its price…Malcolm's global vision remains incomplete, and with his daughters working to thwart it, that bill comes due. For Malcolm, it's a price he's willing to pay, especially when it comes to his Family's eternal rival, Jakob Hock. For Forever, freedom will be paid in blood…and not just her own.

About the Authors
Greg Rucka is a New York Times bestselling author of hundreds of comics and nearly two dozen novels. He has written for film, television, and video games, and he is currently developing his Image series LAZARUS, co-created by Michael Lark, with Legendary Pictures and Matt Tolmach Productions. His career has included critically acclaimed and Eisner-winning work in both the creator-owned and work-for-hire arenas. Rucka lives in Portland, Oregon, with his wife, author Jennifer Van Meter, and their two children, Elliot and Dashie.
Michael Lark is a Harvey and Eisner award-winning comics artist. He is currently illustrating Lazarus, written by Greg Rucka and published by Image Comics.
