About the Author

Renae Roehrs is the founder and CEO of Behavioral Dynamix, a business focused on transforming the culture of families and organizations. She is a certified Human Behavior & Marriage analyst and consultant who works with families, marriages, schools, businesses and organizations to transform their environment and relationships. Educationally, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Secondary Education, a Masters of Arts in Human Services focused on marriage and family, a certification in life coaching, and is a certified Human Behavior Consultant and Trainer with Personality Insights. Renae also holds a leadership certification with John Maxwell Training. As an entrepreneur in Christian education, Renae served as a founder and administrator of one of the first University-Model® schools based in Lucas, TX. Renae has over 25 years of experience working with families, students and marriages and has served as a worship leader and worship pastor in her local churches. She currently resides part-time in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and part-time in Richardson, Texas, where she helps clients understand their God-given identity and develop a plan of action for greater fulfillment in their relationships using powerful tools she has developed and copy written.
