Dave Kenmuir knows nothing about American antiques. He’s certainly unaware of the Chinese enthusiasm for collecting them. But he’s about to uncover a local scheme to fraudulently supply such antiques—and especially vintage American cars—to the Chinese.
He’s also about to become ensnared in an unlawful scheme to arrange for City Council approval to convert a nearby golf course into a commercial building project.
Along the way, Kenmuir learns that one of his friends has something illegal to conceal.
It’s a bumpy ride.
