The idea is to read the material and then test and develop knowledge through exercises and simulations.Updated to include the sudden emergence of online negotiation—including mediation and arbitration—the simulations are designed to be done either in person or online. This makes the book ideal for either in-person, remote, or blended learning. The teacher's manual provides real “how-to” instructions and insights, and will guide the professor through the mechanics of staging the simulations, collecting the results, and debriefing.
