Synopsis

The papers published here resulted from the Privacy Discussion Forum held in June 2017 at Uppsala University Faculty of Law (Uppsala, Sweden). That event brought together privacy scholars from all over the world to examine privacy issues through a variety of lenses, including (but not limited to) tort law, Constitutional law, and administrative law perspectives.
