About the Author
Paul Secunda is Professor of Law and Director of the Labor and Employment Law Program at Marquette University Law School. Jeffrey Hirsch is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Geneva Yeargan Rand Distinguished Professor of Law at the UNC School of Law. Michael C. Duff is a Professor of Law at the University of Wyoming College of Law.
