Plaut with the aid of other members of the research staff, is the product of the participation and considered judgment of the Com mission members and carries their formal endorsement. Other publications by members of the staff will include a major volume entitled Alcohol Problems and Public Policy and several monographs on special aspects of alcohol prob lems. The volume Alcohol Problems and Public Policy will be a more theoretical and detailed treatment of many points and issues in this report.
