William Thatcher having presented a Petition desireing to goe for England with his Wife by these ships, It is ordered that for his default of Runing aw[ay] out of the Companys Service in May last and returning againe voluntary in J uly following he shall be subject to the orders of the Garrison as in the letth Article.
