Department OF agriculture, division OF entomology, Washington, Janna? Y 1890. Sir: I have the honor to submit for publication Bulletin No. 22 of this Division. Owing to the necessities of the case I was able to include in the; annual report only a general summary of the work of the field agents of the Division, reserving their full reports on the work of the year for subsequent publication. They are, therefore, here presented. Respectfully.
