Excerpt from Christianity Practically Applied: The Discussions of the International Christian Conference Held in Chicago, October 8-14, 1893
The addresses of the Section Conferences were of a less formal character than those of the General Conference. This was especially true of the conference on Theological Education, the discussions of which were in large measure impromptu. It should be added that on account of the imperfect report of this and of several other conferences some portion of the matter had to be cut out.
