Synopsis

My name is Mollie. As a young teenager I became mentally unwell. At 16 I was sectioned for the first time, and since then have spent 51 months in hospital. This book is my story- the highs and lows of life in psychiatric units, the sadness and the humour that shines through, and the reality that mental illnesses are among us. I hope that by sharing my story I am able to help others see that there is always light at the end of the tunnel and success and happiness is always achievable.
