About the Author

Doreen Wuckert has been a Marriage Officiant for over 30 years. She has officiated hundreds of weddings in English, French, Spanish and Italian. Sometimes she has used 3 languages at one wedding. She is a language teacher by profession. Other activities include interpreting, teaching Interpreting for the Immigrant Centre of Manitoba, Faculty Supervisor for the University of Winnipeg and Yoga and Fitness Instructor.

Doreen has been married to Grant Wuckert since April,1972. She still enjoys the vicarious thrill of seeing happy couples commit to one another, witnessed by loving family and friends.
