About the Author
Michelle Sinclair Colman is the author of the Urban Babies Wear Black series, which she was inspired to create after the birth of her first child. Now, after a move from Chicago to New York, Michelle draws her inspiration from her two children. Michelle lives in Waccabuc, New York. Follow her on Twitter at @urbanbabies.
Paul Schmid is an award-winning author and illustrator of picture books for children, including A Pet for Petunia, Oliver and His Alligator, and Hugs from Pearl. In 2010, he was chosen for a monthlong fellowship with Maurice Sendak. Paul lives in Seattle.
