T. Edward Fox was born in a public library and was immediately 17 years old. In point of fact, the name was one given to author Thomas Hudson by a close friend who was attempting to throw off an over amorous teenage girl who was also in the library that evening. The name has come in handy over the years whenever Hudson has wanted to use a reasonable-sounding name, just not his own. The two live in the Pacific Northwest, both have met and spent a day with Alan Alda, count one of the world's top malt whisky experts as a friend, and share a wife who is one of nature's wonders!
