He is the owner of four Keller Williams Realty offices in Central Florida. Collectively, these offices sell over one billion dollars in real estate annually.
McLaughlin is founder of Loss Mitigation Training Institute LLC, which focuses on the distressed real estate market and preforeclosure training. He authors a free daily real estate industry update that reaches over 95,000 subscribers.
Previously, McLaughlin served as CEO of the online newsletter company SmartPortfolio.com Inc., which sold to TheStreet.com, a NASDAQ-listed, publicly traded company.
