Naveenchandra Srivastava is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Environment area at the Center for Energy, Environment, Urban Governance and Infrastructure Development of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad. He is a Ph.D. in Engineering Geology from Indian Institute of Technology – Roorkee, MTech. in Applied Geology from Indian Institute of Technology – Roorkee and MBA from IGNOU. He qualified NET (Joint CSIR-UGC) test. Naveenchandra N. Srivastava has joined ASCI recently in February, 2017. Earlier, he worked for Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics (BISAG), Department of Science and Technology, Government of Gujarat as a Project Manager. He also worked at National Innovation Foundation, Ahmedabad as a Research Associate. His team handled many projects concerning DST (Department of Science and Technology, Government of India), MPEDA (Marine Products Export Development Authority), GSPC (Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation, NRSC (National Remote Sensing Centre), Govt. of Gujarat etc. He prepared and got approved many project proposals. He was deputed to the Institute of Seismological Research, Gandhinagar for the purpose of establishing the Institute. His team developed many utility software. He has received best paper award from ISRMTT (Indian Society of Rock Mechanics and Tunneling Technology). He was involved in development of course structure / syllabus MTech. and PG Diploma Course in Geo-informatics. He was also involved in preparation of vision documents, ISO manuals, annual report, business development plans etc
